Track in Hong Kong has too many barriers to entry. Registered clubs, membership fees, previous race times, long roll calls, strict rules and very limited spaces available.

The intense nature of the Hong Kong track scene inhibits grass roots development in the sport, as anyone on the fence about running certainly won't bother to go through all that - or even know how to do so!

The goal of our time trials is to make track racing easy.

​

No registered clubs - run for whoever or whatever you please.

No entry fees and you can register the week of the race.

No uniform requirements - race in whatever you like!

No roll call times - we'll let you know the schedule, and we'll see you at the start line.

Let us know your PB or goal time in advance and we'll put you in a heat with runners of the same ability (regardless of age or gender). Total beginners are welcome and encouraged to join in! We have a heat for everyone.
