ONLINE COACHING
Training alone is difficult. A coach and a plan can go a long way in keeping you on track and motivated towards your goals. We offer online training plans to those who can't attend our sessions in person, and also those who can but are looking for a planned, long-term approach to their running development. Perfect for the committed student-athlete, busy office worker, or anyone anywhere looking to achieve something bigger than they think possible.
How does it work?
You will need two things: a way in which you can record a run (watch, Strava etc.) and the desire to improve your running in any capacity. That's it! Whatever your goals, whether to smash 3 hours for the marathon or just to get started with running, we can help you get there and beyond.
We use the app FinalSurge to communicate training with each of our online runners, and runners who are integrating both online and in-person sessions. Feedback is the best method to enhance training plans, so it does require you to be proactive and reflective when it comes to your training and progress.
